Dr Kebabonye joined the Bomaid team in 2023 and is responsible for developing and implementing the clinical strategy and policies which support the business to provide healthcare solutions, funding access to affordable leading-edge healthcare and innovations which enable healthier, happier lives through proactive and preventative products in order to attract younger healthier clients, whilst still providing reactive rehabilitation healthcare solutions.
She is in charge of providing strategic advice to leadership and management, on ensuring wellness for all customers and in particular, delivery of service provision to customers through management of benefits, claims, case management and managed care and wellness programmes. This is achieved through operational excellence, risk management, creation of value for the customers and maintaining a competitive position in the industry.
