Ms Kootlole joined the Bomaid team in 2017 and is mandated to developing and implementing the human resources strategy and policies which support the business to attract, develop, engage, and retain suitably qualified and experienced staff. She is responsible for the implementation of best human resources practices and processes that support the Fund’s business strategy and reinforces the organisational culture in all human resources areas.
In her position she manages functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, human resources policies, workplace harmony, talent management, organization development and regulatory compliance.
Additionally she provides leadership and professional advice to the Group on human resource management and strategies aimed at promoting employee engagement and a high-performance culture and provides professional human resources inputs to the creation and maintenance of the Group business strategy.
