Mr Motladiile is the Senior Manager of Organisational Development at Water Utilities Corporation. Previously he was Hospital Manager at Ministry of Health as well as Principal Manpower Planning at Ministry of Local Government.
He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from University of Salford, Manchester, UK and Bachelor of Arts from University of Botswana.
He is the chairperson the Human Resources committee, he also serves in the Benefit, Appeals & service Qualityy and Nominations committees.
